About 144:1

"A Psalm of David. Blessed be the LORD, my rock, Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle;"
- Psalms 144:1 NAS

I'm a designer, dreamer and idea man in Texas. I started 144:1 in early 2016 to take my faith, my love of American history, humor, design and create products that start conversations.

Whether it be serious discussions (like those started when I am asked what "Appeal To Heaven" means) or laughter over my jabs at current events - it gets people talking. So much has been learned since the inception of this idea. New trails are being blazed and history is being resurrected. It's a humbling feeling to be able to bring a symbol or flag that those who came before us faught under back from the dungeons or history.

I feel people need to be taught what their birthrights are as Americans and not sell them off like Esau did for a bowl of soup, or in modern terms - a false sense of security. If I can do that through design, then so be it.

Over the past year, 144:1 has grown and matured immensely. We continue to research and bring new products to bring to market that not only give Americans insight into the history of the founding of this country, the conflicts engaged in, faith, but also a touch of humor.

We don't supress, white wash or try and destroy history. We keep it alive.
